Hamza Hosni Jumaa Aloufee , an 18-year-old young man who started his life in harsh conditions, where his marginalized community and the surrounding environment did not surrender to the reality of his life.
He started his career as a beneficiary of the social innovation project implemented by the Jordan River Foundation, and this experience helped him to get out of the surrounding environment, and it also helped him to develop his skills and discover his creativity, to complete his career as the President of the Student Parliament of the UNRWA School in Sweileh, where he was studying, and also as a volunteer for a Makani project, one of the UNICEF projects implemented through the Islamic Center Association for two years, this experience strengthened his many skills in electronic systems and writing plans, reports and forms As well as the skills of dealing with children, leadership and managing activities, establishing volunteer initiatives and public relations, by helping the crowd team in mobilizing the target groups for the components provided by the project, as well as methods of problem-solving and decision-making, as this experience inspired him with passion for giving, humanitarian work, community service, children and refugees.
Until he had the opportunity to participate in the Games-Industry Course with the engine Construct 3 in the Jordanian Games Laboratory at Al-Hussein Business Park, as it was a wonderful experience. For him, the business park was another entrepreneurial community that contributed to its development greatly, as he benefited from many programs and institutions that made it easier for him to learn and create new relationships and also developed his ambition, which is the Jordanian Games Laboratory, one of the projects of the King Abdullah Fund for Development, and the Zain innovation Camp is one of the projects of the commuinty service of the Zain Group, and the Tech Works is one of the initiatives of the Crown Prince Foundation, and another.
Hamzah started the Jordanian al-Hakim Serfees Project, as his idea came from a problem that Hamza has been experiencing since he was at the age of months. He was suffering from flat feet and problems with bones and eyes since his birth. Overcrowding with patients, as well as the routine procedures that slow down the process, as he needed to leave his home in Baqa'a camp at six in the morning until he left the hospital at twelve in the afternoon, which is approximately 8 hours. The project was to solve the problems faced by patients in government hospitals and the royal medical services in Jordan,
ِِAnd then began to establish a non-profit organization (Jordanian Talent), which is concerned with attracting talented and creative people in remote communities and turning them into success stories in order to enlighten their societies with prosperity and culture, and was the main reason for The founding of this organization is to protect the minds of Jordanian youth and children from the ideological invasion that led to the emergence of terrorism in Jordan, where it was affected by martyrs who gave their lives to protect the Motherland
It is believed that the main reason for these social disasters that young people are experiencing today is the traditional education system, and it is also believed that we are in great and urgent need for real implementation of the phrase contained in the title of the seventh discussion paper of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein - may God protect him. - "Education is the basis for comprehensive reform."
